The property is located two kilometers from Foiano della Chiana. Foiano della Chiana features a golf course, restaurants, and shops, but its claim to fame is its annual carnival which first began in the year 1539 and is the oldest in Italy. The four districts of the town (Bombolo, Azzurri, Rustici, and Nottambuli) compete for the Carnival’s Cup by trying to build the most impressive and creative float.
