This Tuscany rental is comprised of seven apartments, each with a terrace and access to the private swimming pool. The grounds are peaceful, picturesque, and located within walking distance of a horseback riding facility. Perugia is just 15 kilometers away.

Location Description

The property is located 200 meters from a horseback riding facility and one kilometer from San Biagio della Valle where there is a market and restaurant. A bakery is located three kilometers away. Perugia is just 15 kilometers from the property. This fascinating city has a rich and long history. The Piazza IV Novembre, which is the heart of the city, is where locals and tourists like to gather. Any visit to Perugia should include a walk along the Corso Vannucci for your evening passeggiata (stroll)! Plus, should you be traveling in October, attending the annual Perugia Chocolate Festival is a must. The capital of Umbria becomes an open-air pastry shop where you can find anything chocolate related! There are also cooking classes, exhibitions, and plenty of tasting opportunities! Other day trip destinations can include Assisi, Spello, Deruta (for ceramic shopping), and Cortona.

The property, which dates back to the year 1700, is comprised of a Main Villa, Building 1, and Building 2, which altogether make up seven apartments. The first floor of the main complex offers a common hall featuring a large fireplace, original of the ancient structure, where guests can linger to read or talk together. The large grounds have landscaped lawns, trees, and plants. A swimming pool (16m x 8m) is surrounded by a sun deck with sun loungers. Parking is available within the property grounds.
