Beaches, restaurants, and boutiques are minutes away from this villa rental outside the center of Cannes. It is a lovely home with a private pool, outdoor living room, and several terraces from which the Mediterranean Sea can be viewed in the distance. For times when you’d prefer not to drive, a bus stop is within walking distance.

Location Description

The property is located 400 meters from a bus stop, one kilometer from a restaurant and market, and two and a half kilometers from a sandy beach. Six kilometers away is the center of Cannes, which although world-renowned for its annual film festival, also offers a wide array of activities year-round. It has shops, restaurants, designer boutiques, cinemas, cafes, pharmacies, banks, and markets. There are open air concerts, opportunities to play water sports, and, of course, many beautiful beaches. It also has a TGV station making trips up and down the coast (and inland!) easy and convenient.

This villa is part of the Croix des Gardes neighborhood, which is above Cannes in a quiet position. It has a terrace furnished with a barbecue and a table with chairs. Just in front of the terrace is a grass-landscaped lawn. There is a large sun deck with an outdoor living area furnished with couches, chairs, and umbrellas. Adjacent is a private swimming pool (8m x 4m) surrounded by sun loungers. The pool is open from the beginning of May to the end of September. Parking is available within the property grounds.

Interior Description

Ground Floor: There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms on this floor. The first bedroom has a king-sized bed (180 cm), satellite TV, and access to the terrace. The second bedroom has two single beds (90 cm) and access to the terrace. The third bedroom has a king-sized bed (180 cm) , which can be separated to form two single beds upon prior request. Each of the two bathrooms has a sink, toilet, and tub with a handheld shower.

Lower Ground Floor: A staircase leads down to a living room with couches, satellite TV, DVD player, and access to the garden. The dining area has a table with chairs and the kitchen is equipped with a cook-top, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There is one bedroom on this floor with a king-sized bed (180 cm). There is one bathroom with two sinks, a toilet, and shower.
