Paris's 7th arrondissement is very chic and is home to large number of boutiques, shops, restaurants, cafes, and bakeries. You’ll want to visit the Musee d’Orsay, which is full of Impressionist art, and the Hotel des Invalides, which was built by Louis XIV for war veterans. The 15th arrondissement, which is also nearby, is home to the tallest skyscraper in Paris, the Tour Montparnasse. The nearest metro stops are Duplex and La Motte Picquet Grenelle.
Nearby Attractions: The city of Paris! Explore Paris on foot to find the hidden treasures of the city of light. Unknown too many are the Beehives of the beautiful Jardin du Luxembourg – hit the beehives at the right time in the fall and you’ll be able to purchase the honey. The popular cocktail bar, Les Etages, has two “branches”, one located in the Marais; the other in St Germain. The covered market, Marche St.-Quentin, dates back to 1860, and has 30 plus stalls of mouth- watering cheese, baked goods, meats and more. La Perlerie is a tiny store offering bronze and silver bracelet and necklace charms and you can assemble your jewelry right in the store. For some of the best steak frites of Paris, stop by Le Relais de l’Entrecôte, known simply as l’Entrecôte, but expect a wait of at least a half-hour.

Customer Reviews
Overall:
Nice, yet very modest property. Beds were comfortable, especially for European standards. Bathroom was modern. Internet connection was very fast and reliable.
Enjoyed Most:
Beds were comfortable. Elevator in building.
Enjoyed Least:
Living room area needed more comfortable furniture for relaxing.
Surrounding Area:
Surrounding area was just average. It was very close to the Eiffel tower, but many other sights were a distance. The main metro stop was Dupleix, but I'd recommend La Motte to have more train options to get someplace quickly. Further, the area lacked some of the local charm in terms of restaurants that would be found in say St-Germain.
Tips or Restaurants:
Consider using La Motte for metro on/off to get places for quickly. We really enjoyed Le Hibou in the 6th for dinner. A great local find. We also liked Gosselin in the 7th (near musee D'Orsay) - perfect for lunch.
Directions:
Directions were easy.
Check In Out:
Very easy! The owner met us at the property location, showed us around, and made sure internet connection worked properly.

Overall:
The apartment was a good size for a family of 3. The kitchen was a little small, but the rest of the rooms in Remy were good size. It was nice having access to the lift and the internet was always reliable. The building was very safe and secure and the few folks we ran into were very friendly.
Enjoyed Most:
We enjoyed the size of the dining and family room. Nice to hang out after a busy day and just relax together.
Enjoyed Least:
The kitchen was small but we managed just fine.
Surrounding Area:
The access to the Eiffel tower was very convenient and having a metro stop a block or two away was nice.
Tips or Restaurants:
If you have a smart phone download the Paris Metro Map and Ulmon Paris app. Both were very effective to help navigate and mark destinations to go see. Also use Yelp for dining establishments. You can find hidden gems that way.
Directions:
Directions were spot on.
Check In Out:
Very friendly and helpful to start our time in Paris.
