Exterior Description

This villa is situated along Lake Como and features a large garden overlooking the water. A terrace is furnished with a barbecue and a table with chairs and a private swimming pool (6m x 12m, open middle of May to middle of October) is surrounded by a sun deck with sun loungers. A private boat dock and car parking is available within the property grounds.

Interior Description

(450 m2)
Ground Floor: The entrance leads to two living rooms. The first living room has couches, armchairs, and access to the terrace. The second living room has armchairs, satellite TV, DVD player, and access to the terrace. A dining room has a table with chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a cook-top, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, and dishwasher and has a table with chairs. There is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer and two guest bathrooms, each with a sink and toilet, on this floor.

First Floor: A staircase and elevator lead up to seven bedrooms and bathrooms. The first, second, third, and fourth bedrooms each have a 160 cm queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. The fifth and sixth bedrooms have have two 90 cm single beds and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and tub. The seventh bedroom has two 90 cm single beds and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. There is also a study on this floor with a desk and access to a terrace.
