Location Description

The property is eight kilometers from Bellagio, a town on the cape that divides Lake Como into two parts. Referred to as the “Pearl of Lake Como,” Bellagio is a beautiful place that has lots to see and do. Lakeside walkways and promenades are perfect for romantic strolls while a visit to the Promontory is the perfect place to go for great views. Bellagio is home to restaurants, shops, markets, gardens, parks, and water sport opportunities. The main sights are St. James Basilica, Villa Melzi, and Villa Serbelloni. Day trips can include Lecco, Como, and Milan.

The villa is situated in a residential neighborhood on the shores of Lake Como. There is a garden with a landscaped lawn and a private swimming pool (7m x 14m) surrounded by a sun deck with sun loungers. A large terrace is furnished with a table and chairs. Parking is available within the grounds.

Interior Description

Ground Floor: There is a living room with couches, satellite TV, and access to the terrace. The adjacent dining area has a table with chairs and the open kitchen is equipped with a cook-top, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

First Floor: A staircase leads up to five bedrooms and three bathrooms. The first bedroom has a 160 cm queen-sized bed and a private bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. The second and third bedrooms each have a 160 cm queen-sized bed and the fourth and fifth bedrooms each have one 90 cm single bed. The second and third bathrooms each have a sink, toilet, and shower.

Second Floor: A staircase leads up to a room with a kitchenette equipped with an oven and dishwasher. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom on this floor. The first bedroom has a 160 cm queen-sized bed and the second bedroom has one 90 cm single bed. The bathroom has a sink, toilet, shower, and tub.

Lower Ground Floor: There is a laundry room with a washing machine, a bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower, and three separate toilet rooms.
