The studio apartment is located in the Historic Center and is within walking distance of the Trevi Fountain, Rome’s renowned monument in which coin-tossers are believed to be granted a return trip to the Eternal City. Also within walking distance are shops, restaurants, and markets. The Spanish Steps are a short distance away as well, so it will probably take you longer to climb them than to reach them! Due to the central location of this apartment, you’ll be able to easily visit the Pantheon, Campo dei Fiori, and even the Colosseum. The nearest metro stop is Barberini.
Nearby Attractions: A monument to Roman Baroque style, the Piazza di Spagna is one of the best people-watching spots in Rome. Around the piazza are several very well-known tea rooms including the famous Babington’s English Tea Room and the Café Greco. The house where English poets John Keats and Lord Byron lived and died, is on the right hand corner, as one begins to climb the 138 steps. This is an ideal neighborhood for shopping (or window shopping) at famous boutiques such as Prada, Valentino, and Gucci (Via dei Condotti).

This apartment is in an ancient palazzo that dates back to the year 1400. The apartments Tritone 1, Tritone 2, Tritone 3, Tritone 4, and Tritone 5 are located in the same building and can be rented at the same time to accommodate more people.

First Floor: A stairway of about ten steps leads to this apartment. There is a living room with a sofa bed (most comfortable for one), a dining area with a table with chairs, and a kitchen corner equipped with a cook-top, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher. There is also a bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower.
Loft: A spiral staircase leads up to a loft where there is a queen-size (160 cm) bed and a bathroom with a sink, toilet, and tub.

Overall:
Great location, comfortable bed, overall a very positive experience. The key holder arrived promptly. Car service from the airport was very convenient.
Enjoyed Most:
Location, close to Trevi fountain and all of the great sites.
Enjoyed Least:
Only minor complaint was that the kitchen area could have used a bit of a clean.
Surrounding Area:
Great sites all nearby: Trevi fountain, Spanish steps etc. Also, easy access to a Spar supermarket.
Nearby Events or Locales:
Rome.
Tips or Restaurants:
Don't forget to bring your own supplies of bath soap and shampoo. Also bring your own face cloths as we found Italian rental sites have lots of towels but no face cloths.

Might be helpful in the notes in the flat and also for check-in person to explain hot water heater.

Overall:
Our overall experience with the apartment was very good. We loved the location.
Enjoyed Most:
There are two bathrooms in the apartment. This made it very easy for both of us to get ready at the same time.
Enjoyed Least:
We had hot water in the sinks but none in the showers. Though the apartment was neat and clean, the floors needed to be mopped. The couch in the photo was had been changed out or the sofa cover was removed. The couch was stained.
Editor’s Note: The hot water heater was fixed following the client’s departure. The sofa has been replaced. Additional updating is planned over the winter. December 2013.
Surrounding Area:
Location is great. The apartment is a 5 minute walk to the Metro station, Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. The bus stop is located 30 meters from the front door of the building. It was very easy to get around and you felt safe at the location.
Tips or Restaurants:
The apartment is set up with the basics for the kitchen. The grocery store was 65 meters from the apartment.
Directions:
The directions were great. It is very easy to find the location. Google Earth dropped me right on top of the apartment and the street view option showed me the front door. With a little research before you go, you will know exactly what you will be looking at when you arrive. You can take a taxi out of the Termini or the metro to Barberini Station and follow the Vento exit signs so you come out on the same side of the street the apartment is on.
Check In Out:
Checking in was great. When they tell you to give them 30 minutes before you arrive, do so. Recommend you call them after you get your bags at the airport.
Checking out was great too. Just leave the key and shut the door behind you when you leave.
