The studio apartment is located in the Historic Center and is within walking distance of the Trevi Fountain, Rome’s renowned monument in which coin-tossers are believed to be granted a return trip to the Eternal City. Also within walking distance are shops, restaurants, and markets. The Spanish Steps are a short distance away as well, so it will probably take you longer to climb them than to reach them! Due to the central location of this apartment, you’ll be able to easily visit the Pantheon, Campo dei Fiori, and even the Colosseum. The nearest metro stop is Barberini.
Nearby Attractions: A monument to Roman Baroque style, the Piazza di Spagna is one of the best people-watching spots in Rome. Around the piazza are several very well-known tea rooms including the famous Babington’s English Tea Room and the Café Greco. The house where English poets John Keats and Lord Byron lived and died, is on the right hand corner, as one begins to climb the 138 steps. This is an ideal neighborhood for shopping (or window shopping) at famous boutiques such as Prada, Valentino, and Gucci (Via dei Condotti).

Second Floor: A stairway of about ten steps leads up to this apartment. There is a combined living and dining room with a sofa bed (most comfortable for one; cozy for two), satellite TV, and table with chairs. The kitchen corner is equipped with a cook-top, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher. There is one bedroom and two bathrooms. The bedroom has a queen-size (160 cm) bed. The first bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower and the second bathroom has a sink, toilet, and tub.
