This villa is situated in an ideal location for visiting the most beautiful art cities in Tuscany like Florence, Siena, and Lucca, just to name a few. The fact that it is close to the Empoli train station makes it particularly attractive for getting to Florence without a car! Surrounding this holiday accommodation are rolling hills and serene valleys, so the views will always be great while you’re swimming in your private pool or having a meal on the patio.

Location Description

The property is located less than two kilometers from the town of Empoli where you’ll find shops, restaurants, markets, and a train station for quick trips into Florence. Dating back to Roman Empire times, Empoli is full of beautiful and historical architecture like the Piazza dei Leoni (“Lion’s Square”), which is marked by a fountain created by one of Italy’s most renowned sculptors. Also in this square is the town’s main monument, the Collegiata di Sant’Andrea. Great day trip destinations include San Gimignano, Florence, Siena, and Lucca.

Exterior Description

This villa is situated in a garden with trees, plants, and flowers. There is a patio furnished with couches, tables, and chairs as well as a barbecue. A private swimming pool (12m x 6m, open April 25 to October 30) is surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas and an open-air shower (with cold water only) is located nearby. Parking is available within the property grounds.

Ground Floor: The entrance opens to a large living area with a fireplace, couches, satellite TV, and access to a patio. There is also a room with a washing machine and a WC.Two steps higher there is a kitchen equipped with a cook-top, oven, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher as well as a fireplace and a dining table with chairs. Three steps lower there is a suite with a queen bed(160cm), fireplace and en suite bathroom with toilet, sink and shower.

First Floor: A staircase leads up to five bedrooms. There are 2 double bedrooms each with a queen size bed(160cm) and en suite bathroom with toilet, sink and shower; 1 double bedroom with queen size bed (160 cm) and en suite bathroom with toilet, bathtub and shower; 1 triple bedroom with double bed and one single bed above (bunk bed);1 bedroom with twin beds and en suite bathroom with sink, toilet and shower.
