This beautiful villa with a private pool is situated in a small village within the hills surrounding Pisa. You’ll be able to walk to shops and restaurants while still enjoying the peace and quiet of a countryside setting while at this self-catering accommodation. You’ll also be in a great location for taking day trips to San Gimignano, Lucca, and Siena!

Location Description

The villa is located in the small village of Fabbrica, where there are shops, markets, restaurants, and a post office. Two great day trips are the hilltop towns of San Gimignano San Gimignano, which dates back to the 10th century, is one of the most visited towns in Tuscany and is full of life and things to do such as visiting the famous towers, the 12th century Duomo, the People's Palace, and several museums dedicated to artwork and archaeology. There are also plenty of wine tasting tours, art galleries, shops, and delicious restaurants. Numerous celebrations and gatherings are held every year including a music festival featuring theater, ballet, and opera performances, and a Medieval Harvest festival where the people of San Gimignano dress up as knights and play medieval games and have tournaments. Other good day trip destinations include Pisa and Siena.

Exterior Description

This independent villa in the Pisan hills is surrounded by trees, plants, and flowers, and features a garden with great views over the countryside. There is a covered terrace with a barbecue, table, and chairs perfect for outdoor dining. The private swimming pool (12m x 4m - open beginning of May until end of October) is surrounded by sun loungers and overlooks a valley. Parking is available within the property grounds.

Interior Description

(400 m2/4,305 ft2)

Ground Floor: The living room has a couch, armchairs, satellite TV, and DVD player. There is a frescoed dining room with a table and chairs and the kitchen is equipped with a cook-top, oven, freezer, and dishwasher. The kitchen also has access to the outdoor terrace. There is a twin bedroom with 80 cm single beds (can be converted into a queen bed upon request). There is one bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower.

First Floor: A staircase leads up to four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first and second bedrooms each have a queen-sized bed (160 cm). The third and fourth bedrooms each have two single beds (90 cm), which can be connected upon prior request. The first bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower and the second bathroom has a sink, toilet, shower, and tub.
