The property is located one kilometer from Piedimonte Etneo, where there are shops, markets, restaurants, and banks. Situated on the slopes of Mount Etna, not only does Piedimonte Etneo offers outstanding views of the surrounding region, but is known for it's large harvesting of citrus fruits and floral plants. These fruits can be tasted during the annual Festa della Vendemmia (the vintage feast) held in September. Be sure the check out the main cultural sites that include the Chiesa Madre, built in the 18th century, and the Mariano Sanctuary. Great day trip destinations are Taormina and Catania.

Located within a large garden full of trees, this accommodation is an apartment in its own wing of a lovely villa in which the owners reside. There are views over the countryside as well as of Mount Etna. There is a shared swimming pool (12m x 25m) that is surrounded by a sun deck with sun loungers. The swimming pool is shared with the owners as well as any guests staying in the main villa apartment, which can be rented under the name Villa Falcone. Parking is available within the property grounds.

First Floor: There is a combined living and dining room with a couch and table with chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a cook-top, oven, toaster, and dishwasher. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom. The first bedroom has a 160 cm queen-sized bed and the second bedroom has two 90 cm single beds. The bathroom has a sink, toilet, and tub with a separate shower.

- Upon arrival at the property you are required to pay to the property representative a security deposit payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure minus any extra charges or accidental damages to the property. The listed security deposit is: 200 EUR
