Location Description

This villa is located in Benimarco, a rural subsection of Moraira with both Roman and Moorish origins. There are several good restaurants in Benimarco. Moraira is a small coastal town with plenty of charm. Once a small fishing village, it has grown into a resort area without losing its character. There is a marina and a variety of shops along the water, and both the old town and weekly markets are great for experiencing that authentic Spanish atmosphere. Two wonderful beaches, complimented by a medieval fortress, offer many opportunities for water sports and other leisure activities. In the surrounding countryside, there are also many villages to explore. In nearby Calpe you can marvel at the huge Penon de Ifach rock that dominates the landscape, explore ancient archaeological finds, or just enjoy the kilometers of sandy beach. If you're interested in the Spanish nightlife, try Benidorm, which also has a selection of interesting theme parks such as Terra Mitica and Aqualandia. Alicante, within driving distance, is the most important city of the Costa Blanca. Here you will find big shopping malls, a lovely old city center, a thriving night life, a 700-year-old castle, a sandy beach, and a huge yacht harbor where you can rent everything from a small boat to a 20 m yacht. There are also lots of opportunities for outdoor activities throughout the area, including hiking and off-road areas in the outback of El Campello (off-road biking is very popular in the area).

Exterior Description

(8,000 m2) This villa is located in a quiet, sunny, elevated position with a panoramic view of the sea and countryside. It is surrounded by fenced grounds including natural and manicured gardens, an orchard, and a swimming pool (14m x 4m) with built-in steps. There is also a large patio, an arbor, and a terrace with sun lounges and other garden furniture. There is a barbecue for outdoor dining and reserved parking for cars.

Interior Description

(200 m2)
Ground Floor: This villa is decorated in rustic style with antique furnishings. It opens into a long, 50m2 living/dining room with an open fireplace and access to the garden. There is also another 20 m2 living room with an open fireplace and satellite TV (French and Spanish only). The kitchen is equipped with an oven and a dishwasher. There is one bedroom on this floor with a 140 cm standard double bed and a bathroom with a shower and WC.

First Floor: There are four more bedrooms rooms upstairs. One has a 140 cm standard double bed and access to the terrace. The other three rooms each have a 140 cm standard double bed. There are two bathrooms, one with a tub and WC, the other with a shower and WC.
