This charming, well-decorated Greece villa rental has all you'll need to fulfill your longing for rest and relaxation-- and of course a little recreation! Comfortable living areas in this rental villa in Greece provide space to interact with your companions, and you can spend your time playing table tennis or working out in the rec room. However, we're sure you'll prefer getting your "workout" at this Greece rental villa's private swimming pool, overlooking greenery to the sea. Oh-- want to go exploring? You're right on the edge of a small village, only a short drive away from Rethymnon, and the same distance to the sea... and you know what you'll find there: beaches!

Exterior Description

Villa Prines is a luxurious villa situated on the edge of the charming village of Prines, 7 km inland from Rethymnon. It enjoys a peaceful spot and is surrounded by gardens and stone walls. There is a swimming pool (55m2) and a large poolside terrace with views over the countryside and the sea in the distance. The terrace is furnished with sun beds and wooden patio furniture, as well as a barbecue. The sea is 3 km from the villa and the nearest beach is 5 km away. There are shops and a taverna in the villages of Prines and Atsipopoulo (2 km). A rental car is required. The local property representative will meet you at a prearranged place and guide you to the villa. At that point (or, if your arrival time is late, the following day), the representative will answer any questions and introduce you to the spectacular island of Crete. A representative will also remain available on a 24-hour help line for any further assistance you might need.

Interior Description

(300 m2)
Ground Floor: There is a well-equipped kitchen with range, dishwasher, and coffee maker. A door leads out to the terrace. There is a living area with comfortable seating, open fireplace, satellite TV, and stereo. There is one double bedroom (2 m x 150 cm) with access to the terrace and ensuite bathroom with tub. There is a safe in this bedroom. Returning to the living room, an open marble staircase leads to the upper floor.

Upper Floor: There are three bedrooms: one double bedroom with four-poster bed (2 m x 150 cm) and ensuite bathroom (shower); one double bedroom (2 m x 160 cm) with ensuite bathroom (tub); and one twin-bedded room (2 m x 95 cm) with ensuite bathroom (shower). There is a large terrace on this floor with nice views.

Lower/Semi-Basement Floor: There is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (shower). On this floor there is also a fitness room with Ping Pong table, separate bathroom with tub, and a utility room with washing machine. All windows are equipped with screens.
