A: Pool is shared with other property guests, if there are any. The owners were not living on the property when we rented the villa.
A: The property itself is very private. There are three apartments on the property and they all share the pool, but we found we often had it to ourselves. The owners do not live in Italy; they have a property manager who lives in Proceno and is easily reached by telephone if there are any issues.
