A: This apartment is perfectly situated between Genoa and La Spezia for travel without a car. We were 6 people, with no car and no problem. The train station is about 3 blocks from the apartment. Rapallo is a walking town so a car is no asset here. We had perfectly easy access up and down the caost with no problem. By the way, the owners of the apartment are delightful to deal with. Highly Recommended Apartment.
A: The rental is a short walk to the train station, and there are regular trains to La Spezia. Parking was very difficult in the area, so you are better off without a car. The owners will come and pick you up at the station if you give them advance notice. So you definitely do not need a car.
