Situated on the cliffs overlooking the water just outside of the town of Theoule Sur Mer, is this luxurious, stone Provencal home with magnificent views. It is only fifteen minutes from Cannes. The nearest exit from the autoroute is Mandelieu, providing easy access to the many sites of the Cote d’Azur and Provence.

The recently modernized villa has five guest bedrooms with en suite bathrooms (with bath or shower). Three of the bedrooms have panoramic sea views. There are two large terraces, one with a large heated pool and Jacuzzi. Amenities include a cable TV, 2 telephone lines, computer and fax, security gate, air conditioning, burglar alarm, parking for three cars. Included in the price: utilities (including heating), the heating of the pool to 75 degrees, at least one staff (maid/gardener), and a professional chef. The staff and chef have one day off a week. Extra Expenses: Food & beverage, phone/fax charges, personal laundry, cars and transportation. These services may be provided at an additional charge.
Two meals a day (breakfast buffet and either lunch or dinner) will be provided; additional meals are an extra cost. The chef has one day off a week.
NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: Food and beverage, telephone and fax charges, personal laundry, cars/transportation, heating of the pool above 75F degrees (May - September).

Overall:
The villa exceeded our expectations. We thought the size of the rooms and pool deck area would be smaller than it looked on the website, but we were very pleasantly surprised. The villa was very comfortable and the views spectacular. The service we received from Chef Fred and his staff was more than we ever expected.
Enjoyed Most:
We liked how nice and helpful chef Fred and his staff were. We couldn't wait to return to the villa every evening to sit out on the deck and be served hors d'ouvres and wine before dinner. Then move on to an unbelievable 4 course meal. It was my birthday while I was there, and chef Fred made sure I had a spectacular birthday dinner.
Events or Locales:
We visited 2 vineyards (Chateau font du broc and Chateau du Minuty) and enjoyed that thoroughly. We also spent a day in St. Tropez (I suggest going by boat or helicopter because the traffic there is awful). We had dinner in Grasse and visited St. Paul De Vence and Mougins. Both very quaint towns.
Tips or Restaurants:
We ate at La Bastide de St. Antoine in Grasse. It was an elegant dining experience but very expensive.
