You can walk to the city center… hop a bus at the stop in front of the villa, or walk to the train station for a trip to Pompeii! If that is not enough, you also have your own private pool for relaxing at home after a day of sightseeing.

It is a very nice walk to the center of Sorrento along a quiet level road with a pedestrian footpath.

Exterior Description

(280 m2) The outside area has a barbeque and tables and chairs for al fresco dinners. It also has numerous sun beds and a very nice above ground private swimming pool. The pool (unheated) measures 6 meters x 2.5 meters. It is open from mid-May to mid-October. There is parking inside the enclosed area for one car.

Interior Description

(450 m2) All of the rooms are beautifully appointed and have marble or hardwood flooring. The bedrooms are well lit, nicely furnished and have large mirrors.
Ground Floor and First Floor and Lower Floor (laid out over several levels): There are many levels within this lovely villa. The entrance leads to the foyer and the spacious, bright, formal living room. Six steps down is a formal dining room and the kitchen. It has an oven, cook top, microwave, toaster and dishwasher and a lot of counter space. Four more steps lead to a more rustic section with a dining room (the table seats up to 14) and sitting room. The sitting room has many large windows, a fireplace and three large comfortable sofas. French doors lead to the fully furnished terrace area. There is also a bedroom with queen-size bed and a bathroom with shower. Eight steps down is a fitness center. There is also a guest bathroom near the kitchen with toilet and sink.
Top Floor: Eleven steps up from the ground floor is a study and four bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms on this level have two 80cm narrow twin-beds, which can be combined to form 160cm queen-size beds. The first bedroom has two narrow twin (80 cm mattress) beds and an ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size (160 cm mattress) bed. The third bedroom also has a queen-size (160 cm mattress). These two bedrooms share a full bathroom with bathtub and shower. The fourth bedroom has two twin (90 cm mattress) beds - which can be joined together to make a king-size bed - and has an ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub and shower.

Please Note: There are numerous steps and levels within the villa. The bedrooms on the Top Floor are comprised of 80cm narrow single beds (3 of the bedrooms) which are combined to make 160cm queen-size beds. The fourth bedroom has 90 cm twin-beds which can be combined to make a king-size bed. Please request the needed bed configurations at the time of booking.
