Overall:
It was lovely. We enjoyed every minute. Rustici 12 is so spacious, so comfortable. Everything went as expected.
Enjoyed Most:
The view and the closeness to Florence. The peace and quite of the place. We certainly enjoyed the place very much. We highly recommend it.
Surrounding Area:
The surrounding area was perfect. It is like being in the countryside and yet seven minutes drive from wonderful Florence. So you can have both. Perfect!!!!
Nearby Events or Locales:
The nearest town is Grassina, which has super market, banks, wine stores, cafes, etc. It is walking distance from the villa.
Tips or Restaurants:
For future renters we would recommend to bring a vespa. It is so much fun!!!!
Directions:
Yes, we use a GPS which was very helpful; the directions to the property are just quite easy to follow.
Check In Out:
The check in and check out were very prompt, no problem whatsoever. The manager is a gentleman and so very welcoming. We just loved the whole experience.

Magnificent!
Enjoyed Most:
Location on top of hill in a small town in Tuscany, but near enough to Florence to make easy trips to and from there. Terrific host and staff!
Enjoyed Least:
We liked it all... no negative comments regarding any part of our stay.
Surrounding Area:
Gorgeous views of Tuscan rolling hills. Great little town.
Nearby Events or Locales:
Grassina was a nice hike downhill from the villa and an aerobic experience back... especially good after eating downtown.
Tips or Restaurants:
Plan to spend two or three weeks.
Directions:
Just need to remind people that walking uphill from the town of Grassina, with baggage, especially the last kilometer up a gravel road, can be a challenge.
Check In Out:
It helps if you speak Italian.
