Overall:
Overall a good experience because of the location and the space. However, the apartment is in need of maintenance.
Enjoyed Most:
Location and space.
Enjoyed Least:
There were cupboards loose and the bathroom tile/grout could use a deep cleaning; there was no shower curtain in the bathroom. In general, the apartment could use some TLC. Editor's Note: These issues have been addressed. May 2013.
Surrounding Area:
The location was perfect. In walking distance to so many things, close to restaurants, groceries nearby.
Tips or Restaurants:
Additional towels, washcloths for kitchen.
