Overall:
Fabulous. We were 11 family members including granddaughters aged 5 and 7. The property was actually more beautiful than it appears on the website! Comfortable beds and bathrooms, enough room for everyone to spread out indoors and out, but great gathering areas, too.
Enjoyed Most:
View was breathtaking, and grounds were wonderful for our two granddaughters, who loved making new little discoveries every day.
Enjoyed Least:
Although we're used to a tankless hot water heater at home, some showers were not easy to regulate.
Surrounding Area:
Easy access to all the lovely towns along the coast. Enjoyed a day in beautiful Ravello, and purchased wonderful ceramics in Positano at a factory, Ceramiche Casola.
Family enjoyed the varied activities every day was different.
Nearby Events or Locales:
St. Agata was just a km down the hill, but we choose to walk along the road only once. Decent grocery shopping and amenities in the village, so we did have a few dinners in. Convenient coffee shop/bakery at the foot of the street!
Lucio also recommended a nice little beach which was close by.
Tips or Restaurants:
So many things to do in this area, we followed our own advice and took one rest day at the villa to relax with views and pool!
We enjoy long, late dinners, and because we had given the girls journals on the first day of the trip, they enjoyed making their written and pictorial entries at the various dinner tables each night. It became an integral part of their day and kept them happy during the extended dinners!
Directions:
We had a GPS and it was fine.
Check In Out:
Lucio made everything very easy, and was always reachable via cell phone.

Overall:
We loved the villa. Our group (three generations) each found it special for various reasons.
Enjoyed Most:
Views, pool, spacious, private areas. The air flow from breezes meant we didn't need the air conditioner but once. The orchards and herbs gave it a country feel.
Enjoyed Least:
There were some thorny plants near the house and ants on the clothes line. The maids were doing someone else's laundry during the day so we had to wait to use clothes line.
Surrounding Area:
Trattoria Terra Nova was just down the path! What a delight. We walked into town several times a day; it is small and less touristy than others in the area, but has wonderful restaurants. The views are wonderful, loved the church bells.
Nearby Events or Locales:
Sant' Agata Sui Due Golfi, a short walk down hill.
Tips or Restaurants:
Toilet paper, paper towels and foil or plastic wrap are nice. We brought our own sponges, too. Just nice to have things you are used to. We could have used matches for the stove. Agent failed to show us how to light the stove so we had to figure it out and it was not that easy to do.
Directions:
The villa was difficult to find and GPS was not helpful.
Check In Out:
Written instructions for operating appliances would have been helpful!

Overall:
The villa was wonderful! The sleeping accommodations worked great for our family of 15. The children used the pool eveyday and loved playing in the "magic" tree.
Enjoyed Most:
We loved the grounds, view and sleeping accommodations.
Surrounding Area:
We enjoyed being able to walk into the small village. It was great to be able just to walk in and get groceries and go out to dinner when we wanted. This way we did not have to depend upon taxis. Also there was a bus in Sant'Agata that we could take into Sorrento.
Nearby Events or Locales:
Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi. Great village!
Tips or Restaurants:
We would liked to have known to purchase dishwasher detergent.
Directions:
We had drivers who knew where the villa was. Directions were not an issue.
Check In Out:
On check in, the manger was very insistent that my husband join her right way to pay her the 800 Euro deposit, but neglected to instruct him turning the power back on in the event of an outage. When the power went out, we were clueless. A little more flexibility on her part would have been appreciated!

Overall:
Excellent. Our family of 16 helped celebrate our 50th anniversary. Overall experience in this villa and location was great.
Enjoyed Most:
Spacious and gave sense of privacy to all sections. Kids could roam in safety on secure grounds and still feel they were free of adults. Great, warm, clean pool. View was spectacular. Maid, Maria, was great.
Enjoyed Least:
Appliances in kitchen were too small and especially refrigerator did not keep food cold enough. Milk and food spoiled very quickly. Ants.
Surrounding Area:
Area was perfect. Sant'Agata was friendly town with great restaurants. After dinner would drive us back to villa at no charge. Convenient shops, food markets, and bakeries for our needs.
Nearby Events or Locales:
Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi. perfect to walk around and close enough to Sorrento to enjoy larger city.
Tips or Restaurants:
We found a great local guide/concierge, Salvatore D'Esposito. He made our trip. Knew area, spoke English, could arrange transportation, boats to Capri, fishing. Made our experiences perfect and stayed with us when asked. From Positano to Rome and at airport for pick up.
Directions:
Did not rent auto here, only in Tuscany with English GPS. Roads too narrow and parking almost impossible.

Overall:
The time at the villa was beyond my every hope, wish, dream and prayer. It was a perfect place to celebrate our 50th with our family.
Enjoyed Most:
This is hard to say because the views were breathtaking, the rooms lovely, the pool great , the property filled with trees (LEMON, OLIVE) and flowers. Maria and the pool man cheerfully kept us organized daily.
Surrounding Area:
The convenience of walking to town, the friendly storekeepers we met as we bought our daily croissants or meats, fruits, vegetables, cheeses and gelato. The reasonable and great places to eat in St Agata.
The closeness to Sorrento, Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast.
Nearby Events or Locales:
St Agata was easy to walk to and we did it daily.
Tips or Restaurants:
Bring a smile, a camera, and brush up on basic Italian phrases because it will help to make your visit a friendly and pleasant experience for you and the people in St Agata.
Directions:
We arrived 2 days early and stayed at a hotel in town. Gianni and Lucio contacted us and drove us to the villa. Our family came by taxi from Sorrento.
Check In Out:
Check in and check out were easy and enjoyable.

Overall:
A dream come true!
Enjoyed Most:
The architecture of the house is very beautiful and interesting. The views are spectacular! We loved the pool and all the patio furniture. The large dining tables were perfect for our large group! We also loved working with Gianni and Lucio to schedule our activities.
Enjoyed Least:
No clothes dryer.
Surrounding Area:
The people in town (Sant'Agata) were very friendly and there were all kinds of restaurants and shops to visit. I wish that they had more gifts "from Sant Agata" like ceramics, post cards, gifts. We loved taking the bus to Sorrento and had a lovely time dining and shopping there.
Nearby Events or Locales:
Sant'Agata was within walking distance from our villa. It was only about a 10-minute walk and it was very pretty.
Directions:
It would be helpful to have the house number visible near the gate.
