Overall:
Good location. It's close to the metro and Colliseum, as well as nearby dining and shops.
Enjoyed Most:
Spacious; there are two bathrooms.
Enjoyed Least:
No internet. Editor's Note: The WiFi connection has been changed and a new modem has been installed. Feb 2013.

Safe and centrally located.
Check In Out:
The check in went smoothly. The property manager was there within minutes of our arrival and spoke very good English.

No WiFi or air-conditioning and 6 flights up.

The location was out of town but there was a taxi stand close by.

Soap, shampoo, and adapters.
Directions:
We took a taxi from Termini.
Check In Out:
We were given a contact but a different person showed up. Rosie was very nice.

Overall:
The apartment was big, had two bedrooms and two baths which was great. The rest was adequate as well. The neighborhood seemed safe. I wish we were a bit closer to some of the attractions, but we like to walk and did so to just about everything except Vatican City.
Enjoyed Most:
It was big and pretty quiet.
Enjoyed Least:
I wish we were a bit closer to attractions. There is also a balcony with low railings and windows with no screens, so it might not be a good apartment for young children.
Tips or Restaurants:
They do not have shampoo or soap or anything. The kitchen had the major appliances and dishes, etc., but not many extras: salt, pepper, oils, etc. There was a great restaurant called Cafe Merulana I believe on Via Merulana.
