Overall:
We were supprised at the size of the villa. We had expected a small, attic apartment. Instead, it was quite adequate for the two of us, with plenty of room to mave around.
Enjoyed Most:
The location just a block from the Eiffel tower, right across the street from an excellent museum and garden, and less than a block from a main street and a grocery store.
Enjoyed Least:
The shower needed a soap dish, the bathroom needed a hook on which to hang bathrobes, the vacuum was broken, and the broom was broken. It took us a week to figure out how to use the clothes dryer, and we were never given a key to the trash room in the basement. This meant we had to dispose of our garbage in the public trash on the street. STILL, non of these hurt our general enjoyment of living in the apartment!
Surrounding Area:
Everything! Of course the proximity of the tower and the museum, but by walking through the museum garden we were right at a pedestrian bridge over the river. There we could catch the 72 bus which takes you to everything you want to see, or to other buses for other sights.
Tips or Restaurants:
We tried something like 30 restaurants and brasseries and found them all excellent.
Directions:
Meeting the key holder helped us find the apartment.

Overall:
Frankly, I would like to have this apartment as my regular home if I lived in Paris!
Enjoyed Most:
The view and the size of the apartment.
Enjoyed Least:
Sometimes neighbors were noisy late at night.
Surrounding Area:
Great location. There was an Internet cafe nearby, as well as great markets.
Tips or Restaurants:
I had everything I needed.
Directions:
I found it very easy to locate. And the local agent was a big help in orienting me to the apartment.

Overall:
It was lovely. For the location and the price it exceeded our expectations.
Enjoyed Most:
The View of the Eiffel Tower was spectacular. The location was great for sightseeing and dining.
Enjoyed Least:
The layout of the living area was uncomfortable.

Rue Cler District for dining and food shopping.

Tips or Restaurants:
De La March and Cafe Central were great value and succulent food. Within 15 minute walking distance of the apartment.
