The villa is located in Stintino, a lovely fishing village on the north-west coastline of Sardinia, renowned for its white beaches and crystal clear waters. The center of the village, only 1 km away, is full of picturesque corners and little squares offering a spectacular landscape. You will also find bars and restaurants, where you can taste typical meat and seafood dishes. During the summer season, Stintino has a characteristic street market that attracts many visitors every year.
Nearby Attractions: The Museum of Tonnara (the old tuna fishery) is located on the quay of the port. From Stintino you take a ferry to the Asinara National Park which houses about eighty wildlife species including the “white donkey”, the symbol of the island.

(1500 m2) Villa Sardegna is a charming villa with spectacular sea views and private access to a rocky beach. Enter the property through an electric gate. There is a private outdoor area overlooking the sea, equipped with sunbeds and deck chairs, ideal for sunbathing in total privacy. The Spanish-style villa is surrounded by a large Mediterranean garden with lawn and juniper trees. In the garden, you’ll find a spacious veranda furnished with sofas, a dining table and barbecue for alfresco meals. The property boasts an amazing view of the beautiful National Park of the Asinara. There are two outdoor parking places and three bikes at guests' disposal for exploring the surrounding area.

Ground Floor: The comfortable, bright living area is set on two levels and is furnished with a sofa, lounge chairs, a rustic wooden dining table for six, and a flat screen with English channels. The kitchen provides a breakfast table, Nespresso machine, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher. Next, you’ll find a pantry, and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and toilet. The sleeping area consists 5 bedrooms. Three rooms are furnished with a queen size bed (160 x180cm). There is an alcove bedroom with a bunkbed suitable for children. These four rooms all have en suite bathrooms with shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
Mezzanine loft (low ceiling): There is a bedroom with a French bed (comfortable for one person) and a living area with sofa and flat screen TV.

Security Deposit
- Two weeks prior to your arrival at the property, you are required to pay a security deposit directly to the local property manager by wire transfer. The security deposit will be returned to you by wire transfer within two weeks of your departure minus any extra charges or accidental damages to the property. The listed security deposit is: 1500 EUR
