Overlooking the Gulf of Saint Tropez, this lovely villa located in a private community makes an ideal setting for a holiday or special celebration. Guests will enjoy abundant gardens, a heated swimming pool and trips to the beach, which is within walking distance. The village of Sainte Maxime and Saint Tropez are within easy reach by car.

Location Description

The villa is located in Beauvallon-Bartole, a private community situated between the village of Sainte Maxime and Saint Tropez. A sandy beach is located 1 kilometer from the property and can be reached on foot, and the Beauvallon Golf Club is in the area. In Sainte Maxime (5 km), there are sandy beaches, a pier, boutiques, food markets, restaurants, a post office, bank, cinema and a museum. There is also a shoreline promenade with parks, pine trees and a tourist office. For day trips, the marina in Ste Maxime offers boat service to nearby St Tropez (10-minutes by ferry), Port Grimaud, St Raphael and the islands of Porquerolle and Port Cros. St Tropez, which is 8 kilometers away, can also be reached by car in about 20 minutes. During peak season, it may also be reached via water shuttle, which can be rented nearby. A car is necessary.

The fenced property overlooks the Gulf of Saint Tropez and contains well-maintained Mediterranean gardens with lawns and palm trees. A security fence surrounds the large saltwater swimming pool with an alarm and electric cover (10 m x 6 m, not heated during high season) as well as a cabana for lounging. There are 12 sunbeds and 6 umbrellas. The terrace features chic outdoor sofas and armchairs and a dining table for 10, and there is a Weber barbecue and ping pong table. The charming gravel courtyard has ornamental trees, bushes and seating areas. There is a garage and onsite parking is available.

Interior Description

First Floor (Main Level): The entire floor is air conditioned. The living room features two sofas, a desk, TV, stereo and doors to the terrace. The dining room is furnished with a table for 10. The kitchen features a stove, oven, indoor grill, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso machine, blender and doors to the terrace. There are two double bedrooms on this floor. The first bedroom has a king-size bed (180 cm), TV and ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, handheld shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 cm), TV and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, handheld shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer. There is a guest bathroom with a sink and toilet, and a laundry area with a washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and board.

Ground Floor (Garden Level): There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The first bedroom, which is air conditioned, features a queen-size bed (160 cm), TV and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, handheld shower, sink and toilet. The second and third bedrooms each feature two single beds (90 cm each), TV and fan. These two rooms share a bathroom with a bathtub, handheld shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer, and there is air conditioning in the hallway. The fourth bedroom, which is air conditioned, features a standard double bed (140 cm, comfortable for one and cozy for two), TV and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer.
