The Jewish Ghetto and Strada Nuova are both within a pleasant walking distance of 15 minutes or they can be reached by a ferry. The Strada Nuova also connects the railway station to Piazza San Marco.

Second Floor: An open living room has a Satellite TV and a dining table. A kitchen corner is equipped with an oven and dishwasher. The first double bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 cm), an ensuite toilet room (no shower or tub). There is a second double bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and a separate bathroom with a shower. Going up a spiral staircase you access the attic/study with double sofa bed (160 cm). The ceiling height in the attic is approximately 2 meters (6.5 ft.) with beams that slope down to about 1.5 meters (5 ft.). From the attic, via approximately 15 steps, is access to the panoramic roof terrace equipped with table and benches.

- This apartment does not allow children under the age of 12 due to the furniture and interior layout of the apartment.
