This apartment is located in the center of Siena, on the renowned Piazza del Campo, and offers views of the Torre del Mangia. The Piazza is the site of the famous Palio horse race, which is held twice annually; once in July and once in August. The apartment is in close proximity to such exciting attractions as the Logge del Papa, the synagogue, the Duomo and the main shopping streets of Via Montenini and Banchi di Sopra, which are close by. Restaurants, bars, shops, museums, churches, banks and a taxi station are also nearby. Tuscan art cities such as San Gimignano, Florence and Volterra are within driving distance.

Third Floor: The entrance leads to an open sitting area with a staircase up to a loft with a sofa and stereo, which overlooks the sitting area below. Off of the sitting area is the main living room, which has two sofas, armchairs, a frescoed ceiling and views of Piazza del Campo. The adjacent dining room has a table for 8 and a doorway to the kitchen, which is equipped with a stove, oven and dishwasher. There is a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, sink, toilet and bidet. There is a second bedroom, which is a suite that has a small living area furnished with a TV with satellite, a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet, and a loft with two narrow single beds (80 cm each, best suited for young people) that overlooks the living area below.
