Take in the beauty of the Sicilian coast at this villa located in the heart of Taormina Two couples will enjoy the elegant villa apartment and lush grounds, which are set on an estate with terraced gardens that are perfect for strolls and alfresco dining, as well as a beautiful shared infinity pool that overlooks the Ionian Sea and Mount Etna.

Location Description

The villa apartment is located close to the center of Taormina, where there is a wonderful mixture of culture and nature. The town center and its main street, Corso Umberto, are a short distance via many stairs (5-minute climb) from the apartment. There are many shops that sell local Sicilian wares, including jewelry, crafts, clothes and other souvenirs, and the town has plenty of markets and restaurants. The main attractions include the Greek Theater and the Medieval Quarter. Every summer, from June to August, the Greek Theater hosts the Taormina Arte Festival, which offers plays, concerts and film screenings. For day trips, visit Piedmonte Etneo, Messina or Catania.

Exterior Description

The apartment is located within a beautiful villa on an estate, which shares the main entrance and extensive grounds with other units. Once on the property, each apartment has its own dedicated entrance. The shared grounds include a well-kept garden full of trees, plants, flowers, statues and sitting areas, as well as a terrace with an infinity pool, Jacuzzi and sun loungers. There is a barbecue, plus tables for alfresco dining and a common indoor fitness center. There is also a shared laundry area with a washing machine, dryer, iron and board. Guests receive a private parking space for 1 car on the grounds of the estate.

Interior Description

Ground Floor: The entrance opens onto a large living room with two sofas, a flat-screen TV with satellite, as well as a second sitting area with a third sofa and a fireplace. The adjacent dining area has a table for 8. The kitchen is equipped with an electric grill, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, electric tea kettle and counter seating for 3. There is also a guest bathroom with a sink and toilet.

First Floor: A staircase leads to the first floor, where there are two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 cm), nightstands, closet, flat-screen TV with satellite and an ensuite marble bathroom with a jet shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
