The villa is in a quiet area located 300 m from the town center of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, just a 5-minute walk from the central marketplace. St Rémy has excellent shops, quiet cafes and restaurants, and a popular Wednesday market. It is only 18 km from the large city of Avignon, home to a famous theater festival, art galleries, cultural events, gastronomic restaurants and TGV station. Situated between the Luberon, Camargue and Cevennes, St Rémy is only 50 minutes by car from the Marseille International Airport.

Ground Floor: There is a living room with a sectional couch, fireplace, and flat-screen TV. The open dining area has a table for 6, and the adjacent kitchen has an electric stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, American coffee maker and espresso maker. There are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed (180 cm) and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and shower. There is a separate toilet room at the entrance to the master bedroom, which also serves the living area. The second and third bedrooms each have a king-size bed (180 cm) and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and sink (no toilet). These bedrooms share a separate toilet. There are also laundry facilities with a washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and board.

The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure minus any extra charges or accidental damages to the property. The listed security deposit is: 2000 EUR
