This is the ideal place for a family who wants to explore the world-renown opera house, indulge in great shopping at nearby Galeries Lafayette and Le Printemps, or venture to other parts of the city from a conveniently located home base.

Location Description

The apartment is in the 9th district, two steps away from Opéra Garnier and the shops on Haussmann Boulevard, including Galeries Lafayette and Le Printemps. There are many cafes, restaurants and food shops within easy reach. Montmarte is a 15-minute walk away, and Montorgueil is less than 20 minutes on foot. The bus and metro are also nearby. The closest metro stops are Notre Dame de Lorette, Trinité d’Estienne d’Orves, St Georges and Le Peletier (lines 7 and 12).

Exterior Description

The apartment is on the fifth floor of a beautiful Haussmann building with an elevator. The entrance is secured by a door code and a second gate with an intercom. A long balcony runs along the living room and two of the bedrooms, and all windows are double glazed.

Fifth Floor (with elevator): The entrance hall opens onto the living room, which has two couches, a coffee table, cable TV, exposed beams, wood floors, fireplace and bay windows that open onto to the balcony. The dining area has a table for 8 and there is a window/counter opening to the kitchen with two bar-stools. The kitchen features an oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, American coffee maker and washing machine. The first bedroom, located just off the living room, has a king-size bed (180 cm), balcony and an adjacent room with a desk and wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds (90 cm each; can be converted to a king-size bed upon prior request) and a sink and mirror. The third bedroom has a king-size bed (180 cm), wardrobe and a sink and a mirror. The fourth bedroom has a king-size bed (180 cm), two armchairs and an ensuite bathroom with an Italian-style walk-in shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer. There is a main bathroom in the corridor, which has a bathtub, walk-in shower, two sinks, toilet and hairdryer. There is also a toilet room off the entrance hall, next to the kitchen. Each room has adjustable heating and air conditioning.
