Location Description

The quiet, traditional village of Megalochori—located on an eastward-facing slope─is a charming retreat from the hustle and bustle of Santorini’s busier towns, Fira and Oia. Seemingly untouched by time, the village is home to sprawling vineyards, narrow streets and marble churches. Megalochori, which can be reached on foot from the villa, is the center of the island's wine production industry and offers plenty of opportunities to taste local varietals. While on Santorini you can visit red- and black-sand beaches, hike around the cliffs, shop, experience the famous nightlife or simply sit back and take in the views. Parking is located 100 m. from the villa, and local transportation is approximately 150 m. away.

Exterior Description

(40 m2) The newly renovated villa reflects traditional Thiran architecture, complete with bright white walls and earth tones. The balcony has a heated Jacuzzi (holds 6 people), an outdoor dining table for six, elevated garden and warm lighting for evenings spent outdoors. A staircase leads to the rooftop deck, where two lounge chairs sit under a large umbrella shade.

Interior Description

(120 m2)
Ground Floor: The villa opens onto a living room with two sofas (each with a bed for one), a 3D SMART TV with 300 channels, and a Blu-ray player. The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, toaster oven, microwave, blender, water kettle, American coffee maker and satellite TV. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140 cm – comfortable for one; cozy for two) and one with a queen-size (160 cm). Both beds have anatomic mattresses by Cocomat and fine linens, and both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with showers. There is also a desk and safe. Heating and air conditioning are available throughout the villa.
