This bright and spacious new villa, with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, heated swimming pool and air-conditioning throughout, located in Eygalières is perfect for up to 10 guests wishing to enjoy Provence. The villa has a southern orientation with views of the 'Alpilles' mountains. Both the indoor and outdoor facilities are fitted for families and friends with children.

Location Description

This property is located 1 km from the lovely village of Eygalières with shops and a market. St. Remy, with many shops, restaurants, and services is only about 10 minutes away by car.

Exterior Description

(3,000 m2) The villa garden is entirely fenced and has been landscaped with olive trees, lavender, and various other plants of Provence, it's really pleasant to walk around the garden or just to relax in the garden furniture while enjoying the view. A summer kitchen is located under a covered terrace and is fully equipped with BBQ, electric stove, fridge, an outdoor dining table with benches and one outdoor sofa. A large terrace overlooking the garden surrounds the house and offers plenty of outdoor furniture (sofas and armchairs). The heated swimming pool (11.5 m x 5 m) is secured by a pool alarm and is surrounded by a terrace with a covered area providing shade, and 10 deckchairs. Pool equipment such as paddles, masks, and water games for children are provided. The lawn surrounding the house is a perfect play area for children and there is a ping-pong table. The property is entirely enclosed and entrance is via an automatic gate. There is a garage, with space for one car, and an off-street parking area at the back of the house.

Interior Description

Ground Floor: There is a spacious living room with two sofas, a fireplace, TV and DVD player, and doors opening to the garden. The dining room has a large wooden table for 8 people and access through French doors to the garden and terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with American style fridge, freezer, ice maker, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, etc. It opens directly onto the summer kitchen. There is also a guest toilet and a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, and iron.
There is a double bedroom with queen-size bed (160 cm), A/C, en-suite bathroom (with bathtub, sink and WC), and direct access to the garden. The second bedroom has three single beds (90 cm each), A/C, satellite TV, and en-suite bathroom with double sink, shower, and WC.

First Floor: There is a double bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), A/C, en-suite bathroom (shower, sink, and WC), and a nice view of the Alpilles mountains. The last bedroom is most suitable for children and offers three single beds (90 cm each), A/C, and en-suite bathroom with shower, sink, and WC.

Please Note:

• The villa is air conditioned throughout, however, please be aware that the A/C system (during summer) or house heating (during winter) cannot operate at the same time as the Pool Heating.
• The Guided Tour explores the village market at Eygalieres, which takes place every Friday at 10:00 AM. It includes a wine tasting and a cooking class at a private local farmhouse. Please inquire upon booking.
• Garden and Pool maintenance is included.
• Pool Heating is included from May 1 until October 15.
• Housekeeping is provided for 2 hours on Wednesday afternoon. Additional Housekeeping can be arranged for an additional fee.
