Location Description

This apartment is located on Via Flaminia, next to Piazzale Flaminio. This square is strategically located between Modern Rome and Ancient Rome: only the Medieval Walls separate it from Piazza del Popolo which constitutes the northern end of the famous historic center of Rome. This area is more alive than ever, with countless shops, boutiques and restaurants, ranging from reasonable to exclusive. Located above Piazza del Popolo, to the east, are the Villa Borghese gardens, the second largest public park in Rome. This park starts at “Il Pincio”, a fantastic terrace offering some of the best views over Rome, at only 5 minutes on foot from Piazza del Popolo. From “Il Pincio”, the park extends itself over 80 hectares to the east, and contains a number of historic buildings, as well as the renowned Villa Borghese itself: An art gallery exhibiting one of the most important collections of ancient and renaissance art in Rome. Piazza di Spagna with the famous Spanish Steps and the church Trinità dei Monti can be reached in less than 15 minutes and in less than 30 minutes on foot, Via del Corso, a well-loved shopping street can be reach.

This apartment is located on the first floor of an elegant building in the very heart of Rome (lift available). Please note that there are four steps to climb at the entrance, to reach the lift. Within the apartment is access to a private, furnished terrace (15 m2).

Interior Description

First Floor (with lift): This apartment has been completely refurbished with marble floors and Venetian stucco walls. The apartment features a modern, well-equipped kitchen with an oven, toaster, microwave, dining table and a TV (Italian channels, only). The terrace, reached by a small set of stairs, is furnished with two small tables, and there is a living room with two sofa beds, each suitable for one. There is a master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) plus a single sofa bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a French bed for one (120 cm), and there is a main bathroom with a Jacuzzi shower.
