Location Description

The estate is located twelve kilometers from the ancient town of Ronda, one of Andalucía’s most interesting cultural and historic centers. The surrounding area, the Serrania de Ronda, encompasses beautiful scenery: lakes, towering mountains, pre-historic gorges, and spectacular vistas. It is an area of many contrasts and rich diversity. In Marbella, the local market is filled with lively vendors selling everything from clothing and jewelry to fresh produce. Take a peek at the rich and famous as you walk the port of Puerto Banús where million dollar yachts are anchored in front of high end shops and restaurants.

Nearby Attractions: The region of Andalucía offers a myriad of attractions and sights: Beautiful white-washed villages dotting the mountain ranges, vineyards producing wine and sherry, long sandy beaches, horseback riding, tennis and golf. Roman amphitheaters, Turkish baths and stunning cathedrals reveal a varied history of conquest. Museums such as the one dedicated to Pablo Picasso in Malaga are not to be missed.

Exterior Description

This is a large Spanish estate with 15 hectares of landscaped garden. The furnished gazebo with a BBQ looks out on the mountains. The private pool (10 x 4 m2) is open year around and has lounge chairs. There is an orchard and a party/concert area within the estate. A local road from Ronda passes by the entrance of the estate. There are two gates at the entrance; one for this villa and the other leads to cottages for rent which are completely separate from this estate. There is an additional 1.5 km of paved road to the house. There is covered and uncovered parking for up to 10 cars.

Interior Description

(1,200 m2)
This large villa, decorated in typical Spanish fashion, is formed by two spacious houses around a central courtyard. Each house has its own living room and kitchen with just one dining room between the two houses.

Ground Floor: Between the two houses, there are two spacious living rooms, each about 80 – 100 m2. Each house has a large (40 m2), fully-equipped kitchen. A beautiful central courtyard (300 m2) connects the two houses. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor. Two bedrooms (16 m2) with small queen-size beds (150 cm) and en suite bathrooms with showers are accessible from the courtyard. A master bedroom (65 m2) has a king-size bed (180 cm) with a private library and a private patio and an ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower. There is one dining room (25 m2) and two more terraces, one facing south and the other west.

First Floor: Twenty steps lead to seven bedrooms; five of which have mountain and countryside views. The first two bedrooms have king-size beds (180 cm) with ensuite bathrooms; one with a shower, the other with a bathtub and shower. The third bedroom has two twin beds (90 cm) with an ensuite bathroom with shower. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds (105 cm) with an en suite bathroom with shower. The fifth bedroom has 5 single beds, each 105 cm, and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The sixth bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 cm) and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The final bedroom has twin beds (105 cm) plus a sofa bed (130 cm) for one person and an ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower. There is a library and playroom.
