Set amidst a large estate, this vacation rental in Tuscany is comprised of three independent units making it perfect for three families. It also features a private swimming pool and a furnished garden. While spending the holidays here in Italy, you’ll be able to check out the medieval town of Pienza, which is just three kilometers away, Cortona, and Siena… just to name a few!

Location Description

The property is located three kilometers from the town of Pienza. Full of shops and restaurants, Pienza is a great and beautifully located place where you’ll also find all the necessities such as markets, banks, a post office, and pharmacy. The main sites include the Palazzo Piccolomini, the Duomo, and the Palazzo Borgia although just taking a walk to enjoy the views is worth a trip all by itself. Montepulciano, home to wonderful wines is nearby as is Chianciano Terme, full of fabulous spas. Other great day trip destinations include some of the regions most famous towns like Cortona, a city filled with beautiful art, museums, shops, and restaurants, Siena, and Arezzo

Exterior Description

This stone and brick farmhouse is set in a panoramic location with views over the surrounding countryside. Extremely private and quiet, the farmhouse is comprised of three units, each with their own entrance. There is a terrace with a table and chairs and a an outdoor staircase which leads down to a private swimming pool (4m x 18m). Parking is available within the property grounds.

Interior Description

Unit 1
Ground Floor: The entrance opens to the kitchen, which is a equipped with a cook-top, oven, toaster, and dishwasher. There is one bedroom with a 160 cm queen-sized bed and one bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower.
Three Steps Higher: A few steps lead up to the living room where there is a couch, fireplace, satellite TV, and DVD player as well as a dining table with chairs.
First Floor: A staircase leads up to one bedroom with a 160 cm queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and Jacuzzi tub with a handheld shower.

Unit 2
Ground Floor: The entrance opens to a living room with a fireplace, a dining area with a table and chairs, and a kitchen equipped with a cook-top, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There is one bedroom with a 160 cm queen-sized bed, access to the garden, and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, shower, and washing machine.
First Floor: An external staircase leads up to two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a 160 cm queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, shower, and Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a 160 cm queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower.

Unit 3
Ground Floor: There is a living room with a couch, a dining area with a table and chairs, and a kitchen corner equipped with a cook-top, oven, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher. There is one bedroom with a 160 cm queen-sized bed and one bathroom with a sink, toilet, and Jacuzzi tub.

Loft: A narrow and spiral staircase leads up to an open loft where there is a 160 cm queen-sized bed.
