Situated in the midst of the Provencal countryside, this self-catering accommodation is perfect for a family! Located within walking distance of town, you'll be able to explore ancient ruins, buy fresh produce at an open-air market, and spend the day shopping.

Location Description

Two kilometers and about a 25-minute walk from the property via a quiet country road is the center of Trets, which is extremely lively with the ambience of a traditional Provencal village. There are shops, restaurants, and cafes situated throughout yet each offering something unique. Surrounding the heart of the town is a castle, church, and synagogue and yet there are still modern activities such as a multimedia center, cinema, and library. A tennis court is free to use and can give visitors some fun and exercise. Every Wednesday marks Trets weekly market where you'll be able to shop for fresh fruits, vegetables, and more. There are also a number of annual festivals held in town including fairs in both March and August. Trets is surrounded by other adorable ancient towns but for exiting day trips, Aix-en-Provence is less than a half hour drive away and Marseille is just a bit further and definitely worth it!

This villa is situated in a large and secluded garden with trees, plants, and flowers that offer lots of shade and privacy. The main entrance is from the villa's covered terrace, which is furnished with a barbecue and a table and chairs. There is a private swimming pool (11m x 5.5m) surrounded by a landscaped lawn with sun loungers. This villa is peaceful and quiet (as there are no neighbors) and parking is available within the property grounds.

Ground Floor: There is a living room with couches, armchairs, a fireplace, satellite TV, a DVD player, and French doors that open to the patio. The dining room has a table with chairs and the kitchen is equipped with a cook-top and dishwasher. There is a utility room with a washing machine and a separate WC.

First Floor: There are four bedrooms in the villa. The first bedroom has a 140 cm double bed (which is comfortable for one and cozy for two), sliding glass doors that open to a covered balcony, and an en suite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. The second bedroom has a 140 cm double bed (which is comfortable for one and cozy for two) and the third and fourth bedrooms each have two 90 cm single beds. There is a second bathroom with a sink, tub with a handheld shower, and a separate toilet.
