Location Description

The villa is located on the Nazareth Estate, in the east end of St. Thomas, and the nearest beach is Secret Harbour. Other notable beaches include Coki Point, which is a great beach for snorkeling, Lindberg Bay is perfect for relaxing because it's rarely crowded, and Hull Bay is a local favorite. Red Hook is the nearest town to the villa and has shops, restaurants, a marina, a mall with more than 60 stores, and the Coral World Ocean Park, which is an aquarium park with sea anemones, sharks, eels, and sea turtles. Although further, but surely not to be missed is Charlotte Amalie, the US Virgin Islands capital. Here there is a large selection of shops, boutiques, restaurants, and historical sites. Daily activities can include kayaking, para sailing, diving, boating, or any other imaginable water sport. St. Thomas also has music, art, and dance festivals and lots of enjoyable attractions that include a submarine ride, swimming with the dolphins, and an aerial cable car ride to Paradise Point. Needless to say, you will never run out of things to do.

Exterior Description

(1,500 sq ft) This villa is built on three different levels and is made up of three different pavilions (cottages), each with beautiful ocean views. The top and main level has an outdoor terrace with chairs and a covered walkway connecting two pavilions. An external staircase from the top level leads to the middle level, where there is another pavilion and terrace, and down to the bottom level. The bottom level, known as the entertainment area, has a covered patio with a barbecue, wet bar, mini-fridge, and icemaker, as well as a guest bathroom with a sink and toilet. The private swimming pool (24ft x 40ft) is surrounded by a tiled sun deck with sun loungers, a table with chairs, and an outdoor shower. Parking is available within the property grounds. Please be aware that there is a construction site down the street in this neighborhood, but that there have been no complaints about the noise.

Interior Description

Main House
Main Level: This is the common room of the three pavilions. There is a living room with couches, armchairs, 40-inch flat-screen cable TV, a DVD player, and glass doors leading to the terrace. The dining room has a table and chairs and the kitchen is fully equipped with a cook-top, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Nearby is a desk with a telephone. The laundry room has a washing machine and dryer and there is a guest bathroom with a sink and toilet.

Bedroom Pavilion 1
Main Level: A covered walkway from the main house leads to the bedroom pavilion. There are two bedrooms, each with cable TV and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. The first bedroom has a king-sized bed and the second bedroom has two single beds (which can be connected on request).

Bedroom Pavilion 2
Garden Level: An external staircase from the main level leads to the garden level. There are two bedroom suites. Each bedroom suite has a sitting area with couches, a dining table with chairs, a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker, a king-sized bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. One of the bedrooms has cable TV.
