This lovely Lake Como villa is located about 100 meters from the lakeshore village of Pognana Lario down a steep walkway with numerous steps. Pognana Lario has a post office, cafe and food shop. Como, located at the southernmost tip of the lake which bears its name, is perfect for a day's outing. Sights in Como include the Duomo, the austere church of San Abbondio, the Piazza S. Fedele (with many 400-year-old buildings), and the Basilica, one of the masterpieces of the maestri comacini (Como masters). Located opposite the lake from Pognana Lario, Menaggio is a popular recreation area, with opportunities for windsurfing, water skiing, and other water-based activities. You could also rent a bicycle and explore the area or take a walk down the lakeside promenade, lined with flowers. Drive down from Menaggio on the lakeshore road to Tremezzo or hop on a ferry to visit Varenna or Bellagio. Known as "la perla del lago" (the pearl of the lake), Bellagio is considered by many to be the most beautiful town in Europe. Its narrow cobbled streets, breathtaking views, impeccable homes and glorious villas make it a most enchanting spot to explore. While on Lake Como, you'll discover that the cuisine is based primarily on fish.

Built in the Liberty style, this villa has lake views and a private garden with a terrace and pergola to dine ‘al fresco’. There is also a vegetable garden and a grotto. To reach the villa, guests will need to park vehicles on the road above and walk down several flights of stairs (about 200 meters). To get to the lake from the villa, guests will need to walk another 100 meters on a steep pathway. For this reason, this villa is not recommended for guests with walking difficulties.

Ground Floor: There is a sitting room and a dining room with a fireplace. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, and a washing machine. On a mezzanine, there is a bathroom with a sink, WC and tub.
First Floor: Up the stairs are two bedrooms with lake views. The first bedroom has a 160 cm queen-size bed. The second bedroom has a 160 cm queen-size bed. On another mezzanine level, there is a bathroom with a sink, WC and shower.
Second Floor: On this floor is a bedroom with a 160 cm queen-size bed and lake views.
